Roth Drama Cancellation Policy
To secure your place in a Roth Drama session, a £30 deposit is required in advance. Without receipt of this deposit, you will not be counted toward the minimum number of attendees needed to confirm the session. If minimum numbers are not met due to unpaid deposits, the session may be cancelled.
-
Minimum Attendance Requirement:
-
Weekday Sessions: A minimum of 6 attendees is required.
-
Saturday Sessions: A minimum of 8 attendees is required.
-
Evening Sessions: A minimum of 6 attendees is required.
-
-
We must confirm attendance at least 8 days before the session date to avoid venue charges. Only those who have paid the deposit in advance will count toward the attendee minimum.
-
Once a session is confirmed (with the minimum attendance met), participants are welcome to RSVP or join up to and including the day of the session. However, the deposit and cancellation policy will still apply.
-
Roth Drama reserves the right to proceed with a session even if minimum numbers are not met, at its discretion.
-
-
Cancellations by Roth Drama:
-
If Roth Drama cancels a session at the 8-day mark due to low attendance or other reasons, deposits (or the full payment if already received) will be refunded or credited, depending on participant preference.
-
-
Participant Cancellations with Full Refund:
-
If you cancel your attendance 8 or more days prior to the session, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If the full payment was received, it will also be fully refunded.
-
-
Cancellations 3-8 Days Before the Session:
-
If you cancel within this period, a refund will be provided only if the minimum attendance requirement remains met. If your cancellation causes attendance to fall below the minimum, the deposit will not be refunded, as it contributes to room rental costs.
-
-
Cancellations Within 2 Days of the Session:
-
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 2 days of the session date.
-
-
Full Payments and Non-Refundable Deposit:
-
If you have paid in full, only the deposit portion is non-refundable, except for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time. In such cases, Roth Drama reserves the right to determine whether to issue a credit.
-
-
Transfer of Attendance:
-
If you are unable to attend a session, you may transfer your place to another individual. Please notify Roth Drama of any transfers at least 24 hours before the session to ensure we can accommodate the change. The new attendee will be subject to the same cancellation policy.
-
-
Communication Protocol for Cancellations and Refund Requests:
-
To cancel your attendance or request a refund or credit, please contact Roth Drama via email at info@rothdrama.com or on WhatsApp at +447421440276. All communications should be sent promptly to ensure your request is processed efficiently.
-
-
Non-Refundable Situations:
-
Please note that Roth Drama does not offer refunds for no-shows or if a participant leaves a session early. Such instances are considered non-refundable situations.
-
-
Weather or Emergency Cancellations:
-
In the rare event of severe weather, emergency, or other unforeseeable circumstances leading to a session cancellation by Roth Drama, participants will be offered a full refund or credit, based on their preference.
-
-
Discretionary Refunds and Credits:
-
In certain circumstances, Roth Drama may choose to offer a refund or credit at its discretion. Each case will be considered individually.
