Founded by Aelin Jade and Jack Roth, Roth Drama is a welcoming space where beginners and seasoned performers alike can explore acting techniques, build confidence, and unleash their creativity. Our mission is to foster an environment where performers can grow, take risks, and truly enjoy the process of learning and performing.
We started out as a small, close-knit group meeting every two weeks. From there, it quickly became clear that our workshops thrived on creativity, encouragement, and community. Word spread, and now our participants come from diverse backgrounds, all drawn to our inclusive, dynamic environment. Whether you're new to the world of acting or looking to refine your skills, we offer the perfect blend of serious skill-building and a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Jack Roth brings years of professional experience as an actor and teacher. Having worked in both theatre and film, Jack has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in auditions and performances. He shares his industry insights, offering expert advice on monologue choices, performance techniques, and managing the pressures of auditioning. Jack is passionate about teaching and guiding performers through their journey, and his workshops focus on building confidence, understanding character work, and exploring the artistry of acting. His engaging, approachable style makes him a natural teacher and a mentor to many aspiring actors.
Aelin Jade, Co-Director and the brains behind the scenes, keeps everything running smoothly at Roth Drama. Aelin manages all the administrative and operational aspects of the company, from handling bookings and logistics to overseeing communications. Though she’s often working behind the curtain, Aelin is also an actress with a true passion for performance. Her extensive experience in business operations, management, and strategy means she has the skills to ensure Roth Drama runs efficiently and continues to grow. Aelin’s qualifications in Accounting, Psychological Science, and an MBA make her the perfect person to balance both the creative and operational sides of the business.
